NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Reno will hold the below listed public hearings in the Council Chambers of the Reno City Hall, One East First Street, First Floor, on August 25, 2010, commencing at the times indicated. 12:15 p.m. Case No. ABN10-00007 (Military Road Abandonment) - Request for an abandonment of a <4>70 foot wide by <4>490 foot long portion of right-of-way (<4>34,395 square feet) containing Military Road prior to its realignment at the intersection of Lemmon Drive and a <4>1,254 square foot portion of right-of-way located at the southern tip of parcel 552-261-03. The <4>95.86 acre site is located west of Stoker Avenue, east of Summit Ridge Drive, south of Interstate 80, and north of Fourth Street and is zoned I (Industrial) in the City of Reno, and M1 (Manufacturing) and A1 (Agricultural) in Washoe County collectively.
