Such sealed bids as are received will be publicly opened and read beginning at 1:00 p.m., local time, of the same date at the above address.  Scope of Work:  Upgrade and/or replace network infrastructure including data, voice communications and power to support new systems.  Project does not include network electronics. Background: The regulations found in NAC 445B.875 through 445.895 govern practice before the Commission in contested cases under NRS 233B.121. The purpose of the workshop is to solicit comments from interested persons on the following general topics that may be addressed in the proposed regulation, R135-11: (1) appeal to be based on the standard of review grounds set forth in NRS 233B.135(3); (2) briefing requirements; (3) witness and exhibit identification; (4) prehearing conferences; (5) evidence limitations; (6) dismissal of appeals ; and (7) state bar status of attorneys in contested cases.
